Eternally unsatisfied with the statuesquo, Mr. Chen spent his entire life creating the ultimate purpose and success techniques in life. He created DestinyDNA. This ultimate human performance technology is a result of persistent pursuance in both theoretical and practical excellence. About The Creator: Who is Mr. Rick Chen?
From a youngster that is often sick to an infantry solider. From a 2.0 student that failed College English class 4 times to a Graduate of the Number public University; from a sales person fired by the cell phone store to managing hundred million dollar portfolios for General Electric; from a selfish little brat to a compassionate human being transformed himself as the force of love through empowering others.
In 1992, Mr. Chen left China with his mom to the United States. He did not speak a word of English when he first got here. After graduating from high school with a 2.0 GPA he enlisted himself in the United States Army. In the Army he found out it is the best place to practice conversational English and he spoke English fluently 6 months into it.
Since the age of 16 while still in high school, he started working as a busboy in the Cantonese restaurants. All along he had a serious of jobs, actor, store clerk, delivery guy, legal assistant, quality control, computer part sale, cell phone sales, real estate agent. During all these time he was still in school. Although he is able to speak English fluently now, however his English writing skill is still very substandard. After failing the college English class 4 times he was finally accepted by 4 top ranked universities. Finally he graduated from the #1 ranked public university, University of California, Berkeley.
Thereafter, Mr. Chen was with General Electric. During his time with GE’s Commercial Distribution Finance Division, ranked #1 in Fortune 500’s Diversified Financial Sector, he served as territory representative for Orange County and was personally responsible for client portfolio in excess of over $100 million.
At Berkeley Mr. Chen studied under John Searle, an American philosopher widely noted for his contributions to the philosophy of language and philosophy of mind.
A few years later Mr. Chen attended Anthony Robbins’ signature course “Unleash the Power Within” and “Mastery University.” following that Mr. Chen became very much interested in ultimate human purpose and performance he went on to a serious of other well known courses such as PSI, Keith Cunningham, Landmark Forum, Landmark Advanced Course, and the Introduction Leaders Program. Mr. Chen had also been a ferocious reader in the subject of human performance and business. He read more than 140 books in the subject area.

从小时候常生病到成为陆军野战部队军人。从英文课留级4次到毕业与排名第一的大学哲学系。 从被手机店炒鱿鱼到管理通用电气过亿资产。从自私的我到懂得关爱每一个人-我使命的开始。
1992年，在我16 岁的时候和母亲去了美国。刚到的时候一句英文也说不出来。功课又很差，那时觉得自己很没用。 后来高中毕业的时候成绩一塌糊涂，读书也读不下去就当兵去了。 当兵后才发现那是一个练习英文口语很好的地方因为那儿没有人和我说中文。在军队待了不到半年我就说起了流利的英文。
从16岁在高中的时候我就开始打工最开始是餐馆服务生, 后来还做过临时演员，店员，送过货员，法务助理，质量检测员， 卖过中药， 卖过电脑配件，卖过手机，卖过法律服务，还卖过房子。在这段时间的工作中我一直在上学。 虽说英文口语不错了，但是英文写作还是很糟糕。 我留级了4次才通过了大学程度的英文写作课，后来终于被4所名校录取。后来毕业于全美国第一名的公立大学，伯克莱加州大学的哲学系。毕业后我就职于全世界第一名的财务金融公司通用电气商业金融， 从事审计工作， 管理的资产总额超过1亿美金。
在伯克莱大学的时候我读了约翰塞尔的课程， 他被称为当今最有影响力的精神哲学家之一。他的研究让我对人生命运的抉择产生了兴趣。 几年以后我学习了世界第一名潜能开发专家安东尼·罗宾的课程。 他的学生还包括美国总统克林顿、网坛巨星阿加西、还有英国王室戴安娜王妃。 他对我在命运基因的研究上起到了很大的帮助。 后来我又跟商业教父， 起司，康宁汉的学习。 我和富爸爸穷爸爸的作者，罗伯特·T·清崎同样从起司，康宁汉那儿学到了很多。在这段时间里我总共花费了３０多万学习多项世界顶尖的级潜能开发和成功学课程。一直以来我也在不断的阅读。读了140多本的权威书籍。
一转眼我在美国也待了16个春秋。 实践和理论让我明白了很多。
